Daily Tens game
The Daily Tens game is a free online top 10 quiz. One category is on the board. You have five misses to name the ten entries that rank highest for the stated metric.
A round starts with ten open ranks and five hearts. Type a name and submit it. If the name is on the list, it appears beside its number. Alaska on a land-area board fills rank 1. Texas fills rank 2. You can enter them in either order.
A name that fits the topic but sits outside the top 10 is still a miss. On a largest-states board, New York is a US state and still wrong, because the metric is land area and New York is not in the ten largest. Open the info control and read the metric before you spend a heart.
The daily puzzle is the same for every player on a given New York date. Finish the round, then copy a result made of your score out of 10 and a row of marks for the ranks you found. That text is the whole share. There is no account.
Want another list after the daily? Daily Tens unlimited keeps a separate practice bank. Older daily lists are on the archive. If you want the written lists instead of the quiz, use Daily Tens answers.
Example: largest US states
Metric: land area, largest first, from the US Census Bureau. The first three ranks are the pattern the rest of the game follows.
- 1Alaska
- 2Texas
- 3California
